Daniel 3:10 You, O king, have made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of music, shall fall down and worship the golden image:
11 And whoever falls not down and worships, that he should be cast into the middle of a burning fiery furnace.
12 There are certain Jews whom you have set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded you: they serve not your gods, nor worship the golden image which you have set up.
13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king.
14 Nebuchadnezzar spoke and said to them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not you serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?
15 Now if you be ready that at what time you hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of music, you fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if you worship not, you shall be cast the same hour into the middle of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer you in this matter.
17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.
18 But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods, nor worship the golden image which you have set up.
19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spoke, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.
20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.
21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the middle of the burning fiery furnace.
22 Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flames of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the middle of the burning fiery furnace.
24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spoke, and said to his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the middle of the fire? They answered and said to the king, True, O king.
25 He answered and said, See, I see four men loose, walking in the middle of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.
26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spoke, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, you servants of the most high God, come forth, and come here. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the middle of the fire.
27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, on whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spoke, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.
We see a type and shadow of the gospel and our walk with God within the above account of the 3 Hebrew boys.
This fiery furnace which all of the Lords true followers will go through can be understood in the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in Daniel chapter 3. Nebuchadnezzar is a type of Satan as the god of this world who erected a golden image for everyone to worship.
The golden image can be seen as Mammon which God calls "THE GOD OF MATERIALISTIC FORCE, spoken of in 1 Timothy 6, that men pursue unto their own destruction, because of greed in their hearts and impure motives.
Also it signifies the distractions of the carnal ways of the flesh and the lustful cravings of the fallen earthy nature which wars against our souls through which the god of this world works to distort pure devotion to Christ.
1 Timothy 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But you, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto you are also called, and have professed a good profession before many witnesses.
The Father's intention and desire is to conform those who shall be brought forth as the manifested sons of God to the godliness of Christ-likeness, which is the ultimate gain. This is that gold refined in the fire 🔥, that white raiment and eyes that sees everything from God's righteous perspective.
Revelation 3:17 Because you say, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and know not that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel you to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness do not appear; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
The true servants of God would rather die to themselves and offer up their lives as a living sacrifice than worship the gods of the pagan nations around them.
They chose to put their faith and hope in the true God of heaven to deliver them even from the threat and the peril of death than to be found worshiping idols. They walked in the fear of God and not the fear of man and faithful as our God is He intervened, preserved and delivered these sold-out devout servants of God even through the flame.
You see child of God when Satan comes against you to test your faith in God it always works out for your good and to the glory of God if you stay faithful because after the test was over, these men were promoted, esteemed and rewarded to the praise and the glory of our God.
The furnace of purification and affliction is God's SPIRITUAL PRESSURE COOKER, and the Father said to me "The destiny and purpose that God has for you requires for you to be mature and completely whole and healed of all cracks in your foundation otherwise you will not be able to handle and cope with the weight of glory which you are called to walk in.
Therefore we need to embrace the pressure of our trials because it strengthens and restores our foundations.
We are not ready to come out of the furnace until we can dance with Him in the fire 🔥 which speaks of oneness and agreement with God which manifests His fulness in you.
We are brought into the reality, the glory, the true image and likeness of Christ, THE 4TH MAN IN THE FIRE, when the Spirit of burning has completely burned up the old man and that which is contrary to His nature, His character and His holiness.
He gives us beauty for ashes and we walk out of the furnace ablaze with His heart of compassion to be sent into His harvest fields and to set the world on fire.
God called us to be His great awakening and to wake up the nations from their spiritual sleep as He empowers us through His mighty Spirit of resurrection. Indeed those who have been burned up and swallowed up within the flame of His passion shall walk with God in the midst of His fiery and holy Presence.
As the Father said to me "we are the people of His PRESENCE, of His POWER and of His GLORY."
This is what God said to Christine Beadsworth about the furnace encounter I heard the Spirit say to me, WHY ARE YOU IN THE FIRE HEATED SEVEN TIMES HOTTER?
Because you refused to bow your knee to idolatry and evil, to go with the flow and follow the crowd, you refused to do what was safe and easy. God is demonstrating through your life what a vessel of honor looks like. He is testing your mettle and you are the real deal, even unbelievers can see that now.
Before this fiery furnace season you blended in with the crowd. Now you stand out like the stars on a moonless night. You carry the source of the light inside you.
You dont reflect anothers glory, you are a carrier of the glory of God and you will come out of this time with every bondage burnt off you and not one trace of the fire you have been through. There will be no permanent damage, not even the smell of smoke or singed eyelashes will be found on you.
God has used your unswerving standard of righteousness and holiness as an opportunity to open unbelievers eyes to see Christ in the furnace with you and it influenced the whole pagan nation.
They couldnt see Christ before you went in the furnace. Sometimes, it is the furnaces effect on you that opens the eyes of the unbelieving.
The Lord said to one of His servants…
Every one of My children is walking forward in Me. My call requires them to know the suffering, so that they may minister to others with a compassionate heart and to comfort them with My comfort. The problem is always one of setting proper expectations. My children do not expect to truly suffer.
My children do not expect tribulation even though My word promises them that they will have it. Therefore when the fire, the refinement and the tribulation comes it is difficult for them to walk in it with joy and gladness and through it to the other side. My word promises that there is nothing that I allow in My childrens life that I do not make way of escape, thats the truth, but My word also says, be of good cheer for I have overcome.
There is an overcoming walk and it is a common dimension for all of My children. It is an overcoming walk for My purposes and My glory and for ministering to the saints. They are in the place of the refiners fire, the testing of gold and it is for My purpose, My glory and for their strength. The call, the gifting and the anointing are great upon them.
They are depressed in the fire and pressed through the heat of it, until the discovery and revelation that I am bringing to them in the midst of it. For surely as Shadrack, Mischack and Abednigo stepped into that fiery furnace, I the King of glory, the Lord of hosts, stepped into it with them.
I am in the midst of the fire with these. Have them look up for I am in the midst of it with them and I shall surely bring them through it, no matter what. (end of quote)
Then a friend sent me the following.
Only my firstfruits grain can lead the way as a fiery torch in the night hours. Saturation comes before ignition. I did not visit the upper room on the first day they assembled. There had to be an increase of focus, a fixed gaze upon My face before My spirit could arrive on the appointed day and fill them.
And so it shall be in this time of the end – all lesser distractions will fade and fall away as all who wait come into one accord, in unity of focus and expectancy of the promised infilling. Set apart above the rest and pressing into My mind, the air becomes pregnant with possibility and come I will — in power to be glorified. In my saints, those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.
I come to bestow power and the Spirit of Might in those who have been found faithful in little. No casual inquirer will receive as the love of this world has swayed their allegiance.
I infill those I can entrust.
I visit those who hunger and thirst for more of Me in a time when dense darkness covers the people, I will come as a mighty rushing wind in the inner chambers and ignite My kings for war. And you will rise and shine with My glory displayed strong upon you.
This is not for your own glory and fame, but for the honor and glory of My name. And this is why there has been a delay. The waiting season sifts out the insincere in your ranks. The flesh does not do well with waiting. And so as time has ticked by, masquerades have been unmasked and exposed.
This has been the proving of My remnant for many claim this title, but few have passed the test of TIME. Only when the fourth man appears in the fire in your midst is it time to be removed from the flames. Many assign themselves to the remnant clan, but few bear the hallmark of proving under trial. And TIME is the final test.
The flesh demands satisfaction and gratification, but those chiseled by trial have subdued the flesh and are fully submitted to My wisdom, My will and My sovereignty. They are completely still upon the altar of sacrifice, bound with cords of love and meek under My hand. And it is on such a sacrifice that My fire falls.”
Be greatly encouraged, you who are with God in the fires of cleansing.
GREAT PROMOTION COMES AFTER THE FURNACE.
We read in Dan 3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spoke, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent His angel, and delivered His servants that trusted in Him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God. 29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort. 30 ❤ Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.
Manifested sonship and glorification shall be our portion as the Father fulfills His word in us.
Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
24 And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
In 2009 when I complained about the sufferings of the furnace, Jesus declared to me " I AM holy, and I have to leave you in the fire 🔥until you are completely clean, then I can receive you into myself, which is oneness with God. You move from spending time with me, to BEING with Me"
Until His divine Being is seen in us and we truly reflect His image and likeness as those created in righteousness and true holiness.
This is what the Lord revealed to Annie Schisler about this hidden place: The Place of His Shared BeingThrough a new encounter of my spirit with Jesus, I entered a place I had never been before. It was very special and high as it was an exclusively separated place for someone very special and loved.
Upon entering, He let me know this place was for the beloved. The beauty was overwhelming and great peace and security emanated everywhere. The incomparable holiness of Christ Himself could be felt. It was a place without a single spot of contamination, purer than the purest crystal and impossible to be described with words. There was a complete absence of sin.
I could ascertain that not only Jesus was in that high place. But also the Father and the Holy Spirit were there in perfect harmony and unity! How can the holiness of that place ever be described? No adequate words can be found. That translucent purity was the love of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit that permanently flowed together in perfect and high love and unity. This infinitely high and sublime place was captivating and attractive beyond all description.
Afterwards I saw how Jesus Himself was that place. It was actually inside His own being. Then I was able to comprehend that the Father and the Holy Spirit were actually sharing the place that had been prepared for His beloved.
That place had been set aside for those who were completely surrendered to Him, the beloved who had absorbed Him as a sponge absorbs water. Just like the sponge has nothing in itself, it is empty in itself, but with great absorbing capacity, the beloved that enter into that place can draw into themselves the essence of the Trinity while being contained in the Trinity.
What a precious reward for those lives that walked the way of surrender! Being attracted by such pure and high love held in the Trinity and prepared for His beloved, is the most precious reward that can ever be imagined. I then saw how His beloved changed from being like sponges into becoming liquid itself. They had undergone a metamorphosis so Christ Himself, being wholly integrated into His nature, could absorb them. They experienced this transformation for they had given themselves in love to Him.(end of quote)
Isaiah 57: 15 For thus said the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Psalm 24:3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in His holy place?
4 He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is the generation of them that seek Him, that seek Your face, O Jacob. Selah.
We are purified in the fire until our righteousness goes forth like a blazing torch and until we look like Jesus.
Malachi 3
1 Behold, I will send My messenger, and He will clear the way before Me. And the LORD, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to His temple, even the Angel of the Covenant, in whom you delight. Behold, He comes, says the LORD of hosts.
2 But who can endure the day of His coming? And who shall stand when He appears? For He [is] like a refiner's fire, and like fuller's soap.
3 And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver. And He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may be offerers of a food offering in righteousness to the LORD.
Isaiah 62
1 For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until its righteousness goes out as brightness, and her salvation as a burning lamp.
2 And the nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD will name.
3 You also will be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
